About these terms
These terms concern use of this website. They do not replace an enrolment agreement, event booking conditions, volunteer agreement or the information and consent questions supplied with an application form.
Enrolment and volunteering
Student enrolment and volunteer applications use the school’s approved Google Forms. Your answers are sent to the form’s owner. Read the information and consent requests within the form before submitting. Viewing this site or submitting a form does not itself confirm a class place, event booking or volunteer role. Current availability, eligibility, fees, terms and any screening requirements are confirmed by the school.
Donations and school fees
Donations are voluntary and can be made by bank transfer using the details approved by the Association. The website does not process transfers. Check the recipient in your banking service before confirming payment. Donations and school fees should be clearly identified separately. No claim is made that donations are tax deductible.

Reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. Photographs of students must not be republished without the necessary permissions. Their appearance here does not grant permission for reuse.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, disrupt the website, impersonate others or use its material to harass anyone.
External websites and application forms
Google Forms and other external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not imply that the school controls or endorses all content on those websites. If an embedded form does not work, use the direct form link provided.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. No new fee, refund or cancellation policy is created by these website terms.
Updates and questions
The revised date will be updated when these terms change. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing agreement or remove existing rights. For school-specific questions, use the contact details published on this website or in your current official school communications.
